How the model works.

A local services brand with no crew. We own the marketing, the website and the customer. Local technicians we have deals with do the work.

1We run the ads

Meta and Google ads aimed at homeowners in the area. A cheap tune-up with a real price as the way in, a repair callout, and a free quote on a new unit.

2They land on our website

Clean, fast, one brand, one number. They book and pay for a tune-up or callout online, or ask for a free install quote. Confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp for questions.

3We send the job to a local technician

One message with the customer's details, the job and the agreed rate. The technician turns up as our crew. The customer only ever deals with the brand.

4The job gets done, photos come back

The technician sends before and after photos. We forward a short report to the customer under our name. If more work is needed, the technician quotes it and we add our cut.

5Money moves

Customer pays us. We pay the technician. The difference is the business. Same brand, same steps, any trade: air conditioning, roofing, plumbing, gutters, geysers.

Where the money comes from

New-install leads10 to 20%

The quote is free for the homeowner. If it turns into an install (R10,000 to R33,000), the technician pays us 10 to 20% of the job value as a referral fee. Nothing sold, nothing owed. That is the deal we make with each local technician.

Jobs booked and paid onlineThe margin

Tune-ups and repair callouts are sold at our online price. The technician gets his normal rate; we keep the difference. Roughly a third of the price on the small jobs.

Why technicians say yes: paid, booked work turning up on their phone with no selling, no quoting, no chasing. They give up a cut of jobs they would never have had.

Why homeowners say yes: a price up front, a slot they can book in two minutes, photos of the work, one number to call. They pay a bit more for that, and most are happy to.
